We've seen others post about this cute little cotton candy shop before but we never ever actually got the chance to stop by and check it out until today! It was so much fun for the kiddos! Could not decide on which character to try. Ended up with the Big Pig! 🐷 Lady was very polite. She even offered everyone samples while we watched and waited for her to make the cotton candy pig. So very talented! It was very cool to watch how she put it all together! This place will most definitely be a place we would have to stop by again and again, whenever we're back at the MOA! Thanks much!

If I could give 0 stars I would, completely horrible customer service. I came here a few months ago and received excellent customer service and was treated like a customer. Today, I decided to go but clearly I wasn’t wanted by those two employees. I waited at the register for a while and even greeted the lady who was making cotton candy, she didn’t even acknowledge my presence twice. I decided to leave because why would I waste my money here with people who are simply sour and disrespectful? Even if you weren’t assigned to the register, you could have acknowledged my presence and call the cashier to take my order.

At $15 it was a good price to get a shaped cotton candy larger than my head. The flavoring was excellent. Each piece had great distinct flavor. They weren’t super busy so the wait time wasn’t very short and it was surprising how fast they had it done. I can’t wait to try another one of their cotton candy

My daughter loved the unicorn ? cotton candy. If you have children, the mini is all you need. The portion is huge and the face labels are edible. Can’t wait to visit the Mall of America in the future!
