We were at the mall on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The food court was packed with people. We were with a large group and everyone wanted something different so, we visited several restaurants in the food court. We waited in a somewhat long line, which was expected given the amount of people. The line moved very quickly. My child loves their Cub Meal and it's a great value. It comes with an entree/side, as well as apple crisps and either a bottle of Dasani water or an Honest apple juice box. There is plenty of food in the Cub Meal, no complaints there. Even though it was so busy, service was efficient and friendly. All the displayed food appeared fresh and all pans were full and hot. We will definitely visit this particular location again.Vegetarian options: We are a family of vegetarians. Our go-tos are: the chow mein, vegetable fried rice and cream cheese wontons. There are a few other vegetarian options though too.Parking: There are two large parking ramps on both the east and west side of the mall. Besides the ramps, scattered around the mall are also some smaller surface lots. All daytime parking at MOA is free. [no overnight parking unless you are staying at one of the attached hotels.] However, due to the size of the mall, you will still have to walk a good bit to reach the food court.Kid-friendliness: It's a food court restaurant at the Mall of America...could it BE any more kid friendly!?Wheelchair accessibility: Since this is a food court location, there is plenty of space to maneuver a wheelchair/crutches/etc.

Having visited numerous Panda Express locations, I was disappointed with the service and food quality I received at this venue located in the Mall of America. The food was cold, tasteless, and the service was lukewarm to cold. Suspect this is a management issue, so the owners will want to get involved, ASAP. Check it out yourself while visiting the Mall of America and see what you think.

While visiting the mall, my friend and I decided to get some Panda Express. The portion size was INSANE! We both ate less than $30. Chicken teriyaki was fresh and the noodles were amazing! If you are thinking about trying this place, do it! 10/10 would recommend!

Asked for orange chicken gave me the wrong chicken then I told them it was wrong. She started to argue with me and then finally gave me the right one but she dumped the other chicken back in the container and put the new chicken in without just dumping the whole thing and making a new one. Gross!

Food is nice, but everything comes in Styrofoam boxes for some reason, even when dining in. Gross.

Two beef and broccoli panda bowls each contained no more than 1 ounce meat, probably less. Total waste of money, paid over $8 for a broccoli bowl.

They rush you through. No food left at 6 when they close at 7. Chow Mein tasted stale and orange chicken tasted microwaved. They had no other food to choose from other than rice. I could understand 15 mins before closing, but an hour before you should have food choices.

I've been to this location several times. Today, Luis C. was working the register and he went out of his way to be helpful with the app - which wasn't working for my visit. I really appreciated his customer service. I would definitely recommend this Panda Express location for the food and for the great customer service!

Staff here is always so nice & I never have an issue with my online orders. They are always on time & as a mall employee I greatly appreciate it!

When they tell you that malls are a thing of the past, I always had a hard time believing it since I'm a child of the 90s - we grew up in malls and spent half of our free times hanging out there with friends. So of course the mall of America was a must pit-stop; it's supposed to be a shoppers paradise! Well let me tell you, their food courts are on opposite ends and walking from one side to another is equal to trying to get your 10000 steps in. It's an exercise and half a workout when you're hungry. Anyways, I've tried all the Panda Express around me and the quality and deliciousness of their dishes have never strayed or disappointed me. They're all the same taste so you know you'll always go home happy after a meal. I don't expect them to be gourmet but it always satisfies my cravings for orange chicken and stir fried noodles. I decided to get some while at MoA since I was craving some chicken and I was hoping, expecting to find me some comfort food. Oh boy was I disappointed, perhaps the telltale signs of a mostly empty mall was my first indicator, and perhaps the lack of customers at their booth was my second but I thought I could give them a chance. Their staff was friendly enough and I was given my order quickly enough. Funnily, it took maybe 5-7mins for the food to be served so you'd assume that their food would be fresh but it was not. Their portions although large in size, felt reheated and tasted stale. I was so disappointed and I'm not sure if it's because there is almost no customers around left who enjoy shopping at malls anymore or if it's due to the food itself but I'd say skip this spot if you're trying to find some cheap eat (also seems like there was a mall tax price bc it was pricier than my usual local spots for some reason)

When I worked in the mall, I ordered ahead through the app, I was always the best customer as somedays I was stressed, or other days my order was complicated. But every time I went they were very very sweet. They had my entire order ready to go on time and completely correct. Love this location!
