We ate at the Panda Express today at the MOA. The orange chicken and sesame chicken were so hard and difficult to eat. Very poor quality. The rice and noodles were fine. When you spend $34.00 you you have better quality.
Got the bowl and they stuffed it to the brim.
Ate here several times during our visits to the Mall of America, and never had any problems; orange chicken always good, fried rice good, and you can choose from a variety of platters, with or without sides. The large sodas are gigantic too. Food is good and on a par with other Chinese take-away I've had in the UK, or even above it.
