I’ve been to several of the Twin Cities locations and it seems like they’re always short on something, or their machines aren’t working. Calling ahead doesn’t help either most of the time no one answers, and some stores don’t even have a phone at all. I recently drove out of my way to one location only to find out they had just one option available for their biing. When they first opened in the metro, I thought the place had a lot of potential, but in my opinion things have really gone downhill. At the location we visited today, the worker told me they didn’t even have cups. I asked if she could use a different container, but she said her boss told them not to make it at all. Whatever happened to putting the customer first?

The drink I got had nails and bolt inside of there. Very clear less of them since my drink was pretty clean. They also should’ve seen it when they were cupping it. Never going to that location to get boba again.

i asked for light ice. over half the cup was filled with ice. what is the point of customizing if you guys just make it how you want?

Really nice spot for bubble tea! We stop by this location every time we visit MOA. I especially love their square tofu, it’s a must-get for me even though it takes a little while to cook. When we visited this past Saturday, the place was busy but only one employee was working. He stayed friendly the whole time and got our order out quickly, which shows he can definitely handle the pressure. Still, I hope they bring in more staff on weekends since it usually gets very busy.

Very poor customer service. I was really excited to try one of the drinks but after they helped a few girls I walked up and greeted an employee. He immediately responded that they were closing in 8 minutes. I asked him a question about the different tea options and he seemed very annoyed. He didn’t answer me and walked away but motioned to the other male working. This individual walked up and also seemed annoyed, also not answering my question. At this point, i felt like a burden and unwelcome so I walked away. The people behind me were treated the same way and also ended up walking away.

Love the chocolate bubble waffle. Few of the boba drinks are awesome.

Surprisingly decently priced boba in the mall! Flavor was fine. Not great, not bad. There's a lot of ways to customize the drinks. Some of the ingredients were out of stock yet we were able to order on the kiosk so that was disappointing, because we would have ordered differently had we known.

Sam was kind enough to honor the first customers of the Lao New Year with covering the cost of our Boba! We are very grateful to have such wonderful people working here, Happy New Year!!!

I work retail. I only had 30 mins lunch break. I ordered ahead, so I was hoping to get my food and just go. I had to wait another 10 mins for my food to come out. The girl was a little rude, but I can understand. The popcorn chicken I got was a little cold too. I won’t be coming back.

I got a Green Thai tea, reduced sugar in the might size and it was absolutely delicious! The drink was creamy and perfectly sweetened, I definitely will try their other drinks next time I go to the mall! I also got their spicy popcorn chicken, it was a little bit salty but it balanced very well with the drink and the bubble waffle. The wait took a little bit but that was because there was only one person working at the time and he needed to make multiple orders at a time. I also think the prices of their menu were very good and affordable compared to other boba places in the mall!

Located in a nice quiet corner of the mall at the entrance of Macy's. I was surprised to see the bad reviews when I looked at the listing, the employee was very nice and our food came out quickly.

Spicy popcorn chicken was so yummy and not too spicy. The bubble waffle was pretty good as well. We asked for the mighty green Thai tea with less sugar and it was definitely a good call. Great prices for Boba it was like 9$ for the super size and like 6$ for regular.
