Compliments to your Assistant Outlets Manager, Kathy Thao. She accomodated our Employee Dinner with excellent Customer service! Her careful attention from total employees dining, arranging our dinner meeting time - to the actual seating details! Kathy even surprised our group with VIP seating in the Private Dining Room! Special day thank you. Rick and Kathy were terrific in helping me coordinate a gathering and luncheon for 25 relatives after my grandmother's funeral.
