“For real as with all fast food places nearby this McDonald's seems to be understaffed and the staff they do have this seems to be their first job ever. This McDonald's does not give you more than expected given the cultural climate but they do not give you less than expected either.“

Otherwise, you can still order the old fashioned way- in person, with an actual human; or utilize any of the “self ordering screens” (inside) if you decide to sit down and eat. Plus you can still order using your mobile app account if you scan the QR code before ordering on those kiosks. FYI-They usually have good deals on breakfast.“

“Previously went through the drive thru and was met by screaming and shouting at us through the broke system — as if the ruined parking lot wasn’t enough. Today we risked it and went inside. Tylor took our order and was very kind and patient with us and our awkwardness and the food was fast and good. As we went back up to the counter to get a frosty, manager ‘Al’ was quick to shout at Tylor, making us feel awkward as we were not in a rush and Tylor was cleaning the area. In only a couple minutes he was with us and did our order swiftly. 5 Stars for Tylor, be nicer to him and don’t go through the drive-thru.“
