“Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.“

“We purchased bagels and cream cheese for the nursing staff at M Health Fairview Pediatrics, who were taking care of our kiddo post surgery. They all raved about them! They loved the unique cream cheese flavors and variety of bagels. We were thanked several times for the delicious bagels. Highly recommend!“

“What a positively lovely space and place to get a delicious coffee 😊 Biking over on a sunny Sunday morning in November, my first visit here left a dazzling impression. The baristas were very warmly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing! Laughter, conversation. It was on the louder side on a Sunday morning so keep that in mind if you’re looking for someplace more subdued. There was a bit of a line but it moved quick. I got a light roast, black, and it was super savory if you can call it that—very drinkable, smooth, round with a ever-so-slight lean into the sourness of acidity, which I like. I wonder if it was their own brand of bean, which they carry. Overall, energizing vibes with the warm-colored walls, dark green mosaic tile, and vibrant Uptown clientele. I can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu and absorb the vibes here, whether it’s while working, meeting a friend, or just hanging out. I’m so glad to have them here in Uptown. Thank you Mosaic! I’m gonna be biking this way more!“

“These guys are absolute ballers. I was the (unintentionally I promise) jerk customer with a massive catering order first thing in the morning. These guys had probably been up since 4:30 working on it. I didn’t realize when I placed the order the day before what I was asking for. My business is in the customer service industry so I know what it’s like to be under pressure to deliver given tight windows.

They were extremely kind given the situation I put them through and absolutely earned every dollar and more.

Next time I will order it the right way so it’s easier. Thank you guys. My team was thrilled at what you prepared and it was delicious. Sorry again for what I put y’all through!“

“Tucked away and a bit off the beaten path, I have found this location to provide excellent customer service and quality food. The staff is friendly and responsive (even when they're busy). The food is prepared fresh and it tastes like it! Solid beverage selection and adequate, if somewhat limited seating. I've been visiting here pretty frequently for the last year. The food and service are both still excellent, as are the selections. The restaurant itself is always very clean. It's definitely one of the most consistent places I have eaten at.“

“Friendly and hard-working staff. I got a ham and swiss one egg on asiago breakfast bagel...it was good but could gave been a little hotter. Quick stop and worked great for what I needed, grabbing a quick bite while my son registered for classes. Would go again.“

“Very good bagel sandwich place. Amazing flavor. Hangover cure. Not the most economical but still amazing.

I ate something called “the stacker” or something. Classic perfect bagel sandwich.

I also purchased their twice fried hash browns. It was in the shape of a muffin. It was cheesy and nice.“

“The food was good but 2 of the 4 items we ordered were incorrect. There were onlyb2 employees working so the line was too long to wait a second time to have it corrected. I also really dislike the system of ordering at the register first as the place is set up to have orders taken at the bagel line as before.

“I’ve been to Bruegger’s Bagels before, but I wanted to leave a review after my recent visit on March 18. The service was exceptional, and I had a great experience. The female staff member who assisted me was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. It’s rare to experience such personalized service, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile to ensure my order was perfect.

My girlfriend, who is from Canada and doesn’t live in Minnesota, always looks forward to coming back to Bruegger’s whenever she visits. She loves the bagels here, and it’s a treat for her to have them during her trips. What really stood out to me during this visit was when I asked for a bag, the staff member immediately stopped what she was doing to make sure I had one. It’s little gestures like this that really make a difference and show how much they care about providing a great customer experience.

Overall, I’m always happy with my visits to Bruegger’s, but this one stood out for the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it if you’re craving delicious bagels with excellent service!“

“Outstanding customer service from Tae, a fantastic young man, who's name i may have misspelled. He is very special. Best salmon on everything bagel sandwich, ever. Delicious. Capers, red onion, cream cheese, and luscious salmon!!! Highly recommend bacon egg and cheese, on whole wheat everything bagel. Bought a dozen sliced bagels, too. Emaculat store, and attentive manager, Michelle. Fantastic food.“
