“As authentic as it gets. Older family run business that’s been around for 30 years. Owner, family and their 93 year old mom are still making some great food. Soup was really hearty which was great since many Pho places can water it down but this was great. Noodles weren’t overcooked too soft either. Lots of meat in the Pho too!
