“Enjoyed the menu options for seafood and beef lovers for pho. Crab rangoons and summer rolls came out fresh and plentiful, and the sauces were hearty compliments to each appetizer. It felt like a warm hug in bowl form, considering we haven't had pho in forever. Enjoyed our jasmine tea in big cups. Very satisfied with the portions and flavor! We loved it. Thank you for a lovely meal!“

If you’re like me and need the comfort of pho, there’s nothing more frustrating than when the broth is just meh about half the time and awesome the other half. I want it awesome every time, and Pho 45 always delivers.“

“Got sat right away, food came out fast. I ordered the spring rolls which were huge and so yummy with the peanut sauce and the chicken pho. The chicken was a bit dry but otherwise the pho was fantastic. Waitresses checked in me periodically. Didn't know if pay at table or register though but I just walked up and they rang me in. With the alspring rolls, a coke and chicken pho it was only $22. Would go again.“

“I used to come here in the mid 1990s and it was wonderful then.In the past few years I have started coming back and it’s every bit is good as before. The person who wrote the review and said it has gone downhill in recent years is totally wrong. I love their beef and potatoes and spicy chicken and it’s just as good as it always was. The portions are absolutely huge. You will not go away, hungry . The prices are reasonable and they are very friendly. This remains a real gem.“

“It's a small restaurant with a few dine-in tables. They have a very reasonably priced lunch specials and some regular dishes. Their lunch specials are pretty good value with more than decent amount of food. They also have some pho, not the best (especially if you compared to California's standard) but it is pretty decent IMHO, maybe 7 or 8 out of 10 for the pho. Their lunch specials value are 8 or 9 of 10.“
