“This is my favorite Taco Bell! They have accidentally forgot my sauce packets twice BUT they have always gone above & beyond to make things right. The first time they gave me a free dessert & the other free sour cream & a dessert. Amazing customer service here!!“

“Tl:dr The food is consistent and delicious, the price is reasonable, the speed of service is variable.
Sometimes we hum right through other times it takes a while. In fairness we frequently go at off hours so the team is trying to clean and such, likely reducing the number of people on the line.
The atmosphere in store in the store is fine but the total atmosphere rating is a three because the parking is awful. This location shares a lot with a stabucks and I would guess there are 15 ish spots between both buildings and the lot is tight. It seems that this was intended to be a ChiptoLane first location but that doesn't work well if you've made the decision last minute, like right after an event as is the case with my family. This parking situation also doesn't work if anyone stays in either building for any significant amount of time.“

“Great burritos and tacos, and super options for all the fixings. We had steak, barbacoa and carnitas and all were great.the tortillas were a bit thinner and chewier than most places, but we liked them. Burritos were HUGE. Well worth the money.“
