I very much enjoy their lotus energy drinks. they have a base lotus energy drink that they add into several different concoctions. some of them are seasonal. some of them they have all the time. every single one that I've tried has been absolutely delicious. so if you're not in the mood for coffee or ice cream, this is a great alternative. as a person who's tried a hundred plus energy drinks from not only the US but other countries as well. What a great stop in Carleton between I-35 and Jay Cooke! Friendly service! We are huge fan of the ice cream - always a variety of flavors. And coffee is spot on also with a variety of concoctions. I like that there is a drive through and a walk-up option.
Great service, delicious ice cream, and yummy coffee! It's a must do when in the area!!
