“I tried Ginza Sushi & Grill for the first time today. I was told by a colleague that others have gone and liked it. The food was fantastic. I ordered the Volcano Roll. I would absolutely order it again. The service was very respectful, kind, and welcoming. The only comment I have was about the atmosphere that some of the dining areas were a little disorganized. My seat was clean and comfortable. I would return and bring my family.Kid-friendliness: Height chairs were available.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramps on the curb that I could see. There are 2 doors that do not have auto openers, and the second door is a right turn from the first door. A little to maneuver for a wheelchair. However, the food is worth the effort.“

“The BMW and MN rolls were fantastic. Service was not ultra speedy as the rolls are being made fresh however the quality was exceptional. Pricing is comparable to other Sushi restaurants of similar standing. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was an enjoyable experience.“

“We visited at 4pm on a Monday so it was just us there. Everything came out quickly and as expected. The food was very good and our server was fast and pleasant. I loved the Viking Rolls and the kids loved their orange chicken. Could have taken a star off for the extremely sticky table top at the first booth we were going to sit at, though.“

“Top notch for Sushi. We didn't try the hibachi, but the sushi was wonderful. Seaweed salad generous enough for two. We really enjoyed our experience there.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free soy sauce came in a little plastic condiment container with a lid. Seemed wasteful, but at least they had some. Would be better if just a bottle, like the regular soy sauce.“

“This place is awesome! Definitely hits the spot when you don’t want to spend $$$ on a sit down hibachi restaurant. I will say they cook it kinda plain on its own, but that leaves opportunity to add whatever sauces you want. If you want it to be typical hibachi taste get a yumyum sauce, teriyaki sauce, and some soy sauce. The workers on the register aren’t much of a help most of the time. They actually can be very dismissive if you have problems so try and talk to the manager/owner when you have issues. Besides that this place is awesome and definitely worth every penny.“

“This is our first time going under new ownership/name and the food was hot and fresh and service fast and friendly. However, there is a mandatory service fee tacked onto your bill, so be prepared for that. It would be nice to know if this is actually for something meaningful like staff health insurance vs. just a skim off the top, which is what it felt like since there is no explanation for it.“

“My girlfriends and I were around this area and came across this restaurant. We gave it try and we loved the service. As soon as we walked, we were welcomed and attended to right away. Our server Jimmy was very friendly. We weren’t sure what to order and our server made some very tasty suggestions. He suggested the hibachi lunch special in which we ordered different kinds to share. We ordered the wontons, the spicy tuna roll, onion soup and we had ice cream for dessert. Such a hidden treasure that I would 100% recommend and try out.“

“Ordered take out after hearing about this place from the shingle creek location. Tried the orange chicken. Delicious, the sauce and chicken was perfect size and breaded perfectly. Next time will have the Lo Mein which I heard was best around. Cream cheese wontons which is a guilty pleasure. So happy I was told about this place!“
