“NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! They were randomly closed on a Wednesday, which is fine, however their website DID NOT provide this information ! I ordered my food, they took my money, and the confirmation said that the pick up would be the following day . So I went to the location to see what was going on and that's when I saw the sign in the window claiming they were closed . They have NO option to cancel your order once you've made it so I had to wait to the following day to call . They refuse to refund me my money - I'm only in office one day a week , I'm not driving 35 minutes to pick up food that I wanted the day before ! Whoever answered the phone kept talking over me and cutting me off , she admitted that they don't have a way to cancel an order once it's made (which is ridiculous, I could've just canceled it that day and we wouldn't be in this situation ) I explained to her over and over again that their website DID NOT state that they were closed but she didn't care ! Long story short they got $20 out of me and lost a customer for life !“

“Today, my friends and I went shopping at the mall. When we got to the food court, we saw an Ichiddo Ramen shop. I was surprised to find one here! There's also an Ichiddo Ramen near where I live, and I'm a regular customer there. I especially love their chashu ramen, while my husband loves their beef ramen. “Expectations adjusted for being in an airport. Sushi rice bowl was good and allowed off menu tofu substitution. Two different ramens were both solid if a little salty. Miso soup was lukewarm and tofu in it was actually cold inside--so pretty bad. All and i would eat here again if i have another long layover.“
