This is in the food court, second level, if I remember correctly, at the Mall of America. The food is made to order. I had the chopped salad with the dressing on the side. It was very refreshing. The staff was attentive and responsive to Allergen questions. They are very knowledgeable. Prices are fare, portions are nice. I will definitely eat here again.
This is a great place for a quick and hearty meal at the MOA. They have a kiosk where you can order, or you can order with an employee. They have lots of different options: ramen with and without broth, donburi bowls, and more. I ordered the crispy chicken ramen with broth, and it was super tasty and served hot. It comes with chopsticks and a spoon. It was super yummy and was ready quickly. Located in the food court, so there's lots of seating.

Amazing Ramen! The staff was pre-occupied and took a few minutes for someone to notice I was at the counter but they promptly came up take my order. Food came out quickly (less than 10 minutes) and was delicious.
