Best wings in the twin cities
Forbidden door chicken tenders are AMAZING! We’ve had them several times now. Family favorite.

Everything at King of the Wing is delicious. The tag team champion and spicy garlic wings and truffle fries are worth a dedicated trip, and the wings are the best by a country mile. Even people who are not wing people call it a new favorite restaurant. The menu includes wings, burger, chicken strips and fries, the Forbidden Door, Buffalo, Thai chicken wings, chicken sandwich, parmesan truffle fries, fresh salad, and the build your own chicken sandwich stacked high with fresh toppings. The wings are crispy and juicy with good flavor, a good size, and sauces dripping off of them. The burger is good, done well and still juicy. The fries are the best ever, and the truffle oil fries come with a side of horseradish dipping sauce that is addictive. The atmosphere is pretty cool, with a patio, dining room seats, stools against the outer wall, and a front and back patio. Be prepared for a little wait, but the wings are worth it. Grab a beverage from Elm Creek Brewing Co while you wait, or get the food to go. The regular honey barbecue is a favorite.
