Ate in store, 4 of my family stood in line, food prep cordial, get to register, Older cashier lady was speaking Spanish to her team, I am American Latina, I spoke to cashier in Spanish, she answered in English with a heavy accent, my 8 year old child asked for an apple juice in Spanish, the cashier said, she could not understand and hear my child, I asked my child to speak louder, but the cashier kept standing by the fridge and looked at me impatient and said she could not hear...read full review

ALL THE TIME
Orders always wrong
Always missing items even tho they charge you for it
Literally not one order correct on over a year… not sure why we keep trying… and portions keep getting smaller… and store is not clean.. and they are woefully understaffed.
However Chik across street is not - so Management is clearly not caring.
This was our 1st and LAST visit to this store. When we walked in, we were greeted with a pool of water that was obviously leaking from some utility room on the left. The dining area had ONE clean table. The floor was littered with food scraps and napkins. The self serve drink area was covered in spilled soda and the self serve juice machines were mostly empty and dirty. We ate our lunch begrudgingly because we were starved.
