Hope Breakfast Bar is a fantastic and excellent casual breakfast place, a great new addition to the area. The restaurant is very busy, especially on weekends, but service is superb, attentive, and friendly. Servers are always kind, attentive, and provide great recommendations, checking in multiple times to ensure a great experience. The overall mission of the restaurant is to spread hope, with thoughtful touches like prayer request cards at each table and uplifting messages.

The food is fantastic, with many different flavors to choose from for pancakes and lattes. The menu remains on point. Specific dishes praised include the amazing Salmon and Pimento Scramble, the Hope Breakfast which hits the spot, the baby cake pancakes, the steak sandwich, the blueberry pancakes with plump blueberries, the McHope breakfast sandwich, and the chicken & biscuit. The gluten free waffle is great and the seasonal peppermint mocha is absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a consistent, cute, and fun look with adorable egg salt and pepper shakers. Parking is easy. It is a highly recommended dining experience from start to finish.
