We are so lucky to have Soya in our neighborhood of downtown Chanhassen! It's our go-to at least a couple of times a month. The owner is lovely - as is all of her staff. Too, the atmosphere is warm, cozy and welcoming. They serve great food with a wide variety offerings on their menu - really something for everyone. Wonderful Happy Hour too!
Everything was great but my spider roll was supposed to come with caviar/tobiko but there wasn’t any. I didn’t notice until I finished it so I didn’t speak to the waitress about it. I don’t know if they ran out or not they didn’t tell me. The waitress was very nice at the bar and pleasant to be around. I would come again, just add the tobiko/caviar to the spider roll as advertised.
Some of the best sushi I've had since moving to Minnesota. Friendly staff, fair prices, and good selection. Can't wait to try more dishes from the kitchen. Highly suggest.
