“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“This is the best DQ location period. The service is great, the people are great. Food is always fresh. Avoid the waconia location like the plague and come here. You can come from waconia to chaska and get your order faster then living in waconia and ordering from the waconia location.“

“Kids and I had Freezix tonight for dessert and so yummy! Also Kelly (asked his name for this) gave us great service. When I left him a tip, the jar was so full - I must not be the only one impressed. He let me use both my coupons (which I wasn't expecting). Also we came about 1/2 hr before close, and he didn't make us feel rushed or anything (I know this is supposed to happen but doesn't at some places or with other people). Thanks Kelly!“

“Culver's is fast food. Its not like McDonald's. Whats different is they do have different salads to choose from I think 3 kinds. They serve chili and other soups. Sometimes chicken noodle . They have chicken strips kids meals with a free scoop of ice cream. They have grilled cheese sandwiches. They have pretzel bites and onion rings They have custard icecream chocolate or vanilla. And different sundae dishes. My sons enjoys eating at Culver's. And my adult son with autism likes me to get his meals there. When he works at dollar tree as being a cashier thier. And works long hours on Sunday. I usually run there to get him and his boss lunch. And his co workers jump in with the boss and my son. So then I had a big food order to pick up for all the workers at dollar tree and they enjoyed having thier lunch break. Its Quick to get a meal if you order on line. Its reasonable price. It can cost alot if you order alot of food and getting drinks or shakes and custard Icecream. But if you feel like it's too much for your budget. The value meals cost more. But as a parent. I would order the kids meal for myself to save money. The food is good. But I wouldn't eat it everyday. Because then you would get tired of the same foods. But the service is good. Plenty of parking. This location had tissue in the bathrooms, as in nose or facial tissue.

The restrooms were clean.

The staff was friendly.

The parking was easy.

The dining area was clean and orderly.

The trash cans were clean and emptied.

“Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

I can not hype this basket up anymore than I already have. Wonderful food and service.“
