Until they fix the phone system so people can ask questions about ingredients i won't be giving a better review I shouldn't have to drive to a store for something so simple
This was the busiest I’ve ever seen this location — the line was out the door. I was honestly amazed at how fast and kind the staff were. Even with such a long line, they still treated every customer with kindness and never seemed rushed. The food was amazing as well!
The food is always decent. It's typical chipotle, but today was upsetting. A group of teenagers ruined the tables for being sloppy with no one to clear it. There was a person that budged the line and the manager did nothing about it. Very poor service on management and I get that you don't want to escalate the situation, but you need to do what is right and it would be to send the guy to the end of the line. I hope the manager does something next time.
