I saw the Apple Bees building was finally occupied - and its a major improvement. I hope this place gets all the business; professional, beautiful atmosphere, polite servers willing to explain dishes.
I had a Philly roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and my mom had Hibachi with Shrimp.
Insanely filling and fresh. $48! Wow.

Umiya Sushi offers excellent sushi and other menu selections, with food that is really good, very well done, and flavorful. The all-you-can-eat menu is amazing, featuring big sushi rolls instead of skimpy ones. Specific menu highlights include the spring rolls with a sweet sauce that has a bit of a zing, the ramen with Char Siu and Tonkotsu broth, the Snow White roll, Minneapolis Roll, Eel Avocado roll, sweet potato roll, stuffed jalapeño app, and miso soup. The price is good, and there is a lot of variety on the menu. Service is friendly and good. The atmosphere is a mix of opinions: some find it dark in a calming way, while others are disappointed, describing it as like a basic fast food place. The decor is cute, but seating can be cramped, as they try to pack people in next to each other. Overall, it is a wonderful spot with phenomenal sushi that customers will definitely be coming back to.
