We were in last night for dinner about 8 pm. Staff was wonderful and the gal warned us that there was a 30-40 minute wait for food. We were ok with that. In that time, we watched the gal who was running the small cooking area trying to keep up with orders. As a former restaurant worker, I do understand. However….
