“I absolutely love The Roasted Rail! From my very first visit to my stop in this morning, I’ve been consistently impressed. The baristas are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the shop has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. Whether I’m stopping in with my 2-month-old daughter or treating myself to a solo coffee run, The Roasted Rail has never once disappointed me. My go-to drink is a classic, I always order an Iced Roasted Rail with whipped cream and it tastes just as amazing every single time. I truly can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop. It’s become one of my favorite places, and I always look forward to my next visit!“

“Wow! I’ve long been tempted by the delicious looking pastries at Moonrise, and today I finally gave it a try. I intended to get a “pop tart,” but at the last minute noticed a blueberry maple scone, and the barista said it was his favorite. Seriously, the best scone I’ve ever had. The chai latte was also very good. Awesome staff, great atmosphere, pastries to die for!“

“yummy coffee. so smooth. their fig, goat cheese and walnut toast is AMAZING. My only complaint, they don't have enough staff to clean up the floor (snow and water) and it's really, really, really loud due to music blaring. “The service can be hit or miss. When I order, it's usually been a long time since I've last order and I forget the vernacular. At times, I'll get a haughty look, or a look of judgement and condescension. Also, I'll even get attitude from a manager. I've rarely been greeted with a smile and someone eager to serve.

This may be a bit unfair to this particular location, as I've only been there twice. However, this attitude is pervasive across coffee joints in local grocery stores. Of which I think are all Caribou.
The coffees I've ordered have ALWAYS been top notch.“

“A bunch of the family met up at Bison Turf before going to the NDSU men’s basketball game tonight. There were not many people here before the game, but the NDSU football team did play earlier today. There were plenty of seating options for groups of people to sit in the front and the back. TV’s surround the place and they all had college football games on them. There were dart boards, a pool table, and I was told a large area on the roof (never made it up there on this December day) for people to sit and get their drink on. The beer selection on-tap was a little limited compared to other places I have been recently, but they had a beer I wanted. The staff was attentive and helpful. The music was a bit loud. I’ve never enjoyed shouting into someone’s face when they were sitting next to me so that they could hear me, and of course, them shouting back into my face so I could hear them. I would like to try Bison Turf again for sure. Maybe a good time would be when the weather is nicer and I could also check out the roof! Cheer to North Dakota!“

“Cafe Robert is my new favorite find! What a little hidden gem inside Scheels Home & Hardware. Michelle at the counter was FABULOUS and so so nice. Food was phenomenal! Very reasonably priced as well - especially for being homemade & that delicious.Pictured is the Soup/Sandwich combo - Egg Salad with Chicken & Dumpling (brothy), and Knoephla.

Parking: Many many spots available, with plenty of handicap spots as well.

“The donuts are great, and the service was really good. The prices for the donuts were a bit high. For a box of 12 it was $25 for their basic donuts. Each donut that was not their basic cost extra on top of the base price. The tast of the donuts are comparable to dunkin donuts which we don't have here in fargo, but the price could be a bit lower.“

“Very friendly workers. For my first time there, I got a banana bread mocha, and it was delish. However, I went there a second time and ordered a banana bread latte on accident.. ofc me being slow I didn’t differentiate latte and mocha. I tasted the latte thinking it was a mocha and they remade it for me even, turns out I was the silly one who apparently has early signs of dementia and couldn’t recall that I had ordered a mocha yesterday. Not a latte. No wonder it didn’t taste the same. Mind you when I got the remake it tasted the same as the first, because it wasn’t the employees fault. Just mine.. I just didn’t know what I ordered the day prior. The service is so sweet though!“

“We had the bacon & cheese egg bites for breakfast, and they are huge! (You get 2) We could have shared an order, but they were good. There were just a little too much fresh chopped scallions on top for my taste, and I really couldn't taste any cheese. ? You get a nice little fresh fruit cup as well with the egg bites. We both had the cold brew coffee (Starbucks, I think). I had caramel & my friend had vanilla. We both had to doctor them up, though, with added sugar and cream. I couldn't really taste any caramel.?“
