mcDonalds is convience. it's not convient when everytime in the last month that I've gone, they misplaced my order, forgot my stuff and then tried making amends by saying they added something to make up for their mess up...
in reality, they seem swamped, lack training and personnel, and a good flow to be efficient and serve customers.

I want my adult Happy Meal!!! Haha
I got spicy pepper sauce and they served it with no lid inside of a 4 pice nugget box. They did not let me know it was open and it spilt. I paid 40 cents for this, in this economy I expect the things I pay for not to be spilt and sealed properly.
