Papa Johns 19th Avenue location did an EXCELLENT job on my order today! I’d placed a preorder, and having worked in the food industry I had concerns that it would either be running behind OR that they’d made them way too far ahead of time. Much to my surprise, I showed up one minute early and they were pulling the last pizza (number 11) out of the oven to box up right as I walked in! Impeccable timing. Pizza made in less then 10 minutes, was fresh and done just right.
I had received a wrong order and the food was cold this happened at closing on a Saturday night. I called the next afternoon and they explained they were severely understaffed and overwhelmed. The next day the staff handled my order and refund with respect and kindness. I appreciate that very much as being a single mom and paying 50 $ for an order.
