We went through the drive through. Had 3 ice cream orders 2 of the same 1 different. Paid for double got singles. when asked the kid said I don't know what that is, but ya you Paid for doubles...ummm so like wtf? Then a red head braided hair medium, but shorter gal very skinny was running food starts vaping on her walk back inside comes right in dosnt wash her hands and hands out 2 of our ice creams. Then puts blue gloves on and a headset still not washing hands after vaping....read full review
Never has bananas in stock. When you call to talk to someone about missing items etc. Good luck because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AND NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK. Sounds like management is just as bad as the staff is. The place is filthy don’t go inside to eat unless you plan on wiping your own table down. Don’t get me started on staff appearances and bathrooms because that’s a whole different complaint in itself. Worst Culver’s I have ever gone to. Also… who lets a little...read full review
There were a few problems.
We saw 2 employees that were walking on their pant legs. One women had so much pant leg under her shoes (which you couldn't see) that she shuffled. Isn't that a hazard when working in a kitchen with greases? She also looked, dirty. Greasy hair, make up all around her eyes (like a racoon), continues coughing and sneezing into her arm.
