Northern Waters Smokehaus is known for its tasty sandwiches, including the popular salmon pâté sandwich on a baguette. Although the new location in Canal Park may not have the same charm as the previous one, it offers a larger space with tables to enjoy your food, as well as a deli counter and wine and beer options. Some customers miss the old setup and the salmon jerky, but the food remains delicious and worth the visit. The restaurant's new cookbook, "Smoke on the Water," is also available for those interested.
