“Finding this Cidery was a happy surprise while camping in the area last summer. We really enjoyed our afternoon spent on the patio and my kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals! There’s only one liquor store in my area (not very close by) that sells Keepsake and we make the drive to pick some up frequently because it’s so worth it. Definitely our favorite Cider!”

“Their cones are twice the size of the big national chain & they cost less. By far the best ice cream shop within 20 miles of Northfield. The sundaes, malts and other offerings are out of this world. I like the ice cream better than the other place too. As an added bonus, they are in a historic building, in a historic area, right on the Cannon River, with lots of walking trails. Beautiful area, well worth the drive!!”

“Family friendly - we sat in the back by the toys for the kids. It was very cold (they didnt have the heat on and it was in the 40s outside which was odd), but they turned it on when we asked. We shared a sausage pizza and had the brownie for dessert. Very good food as always!”

Tyler back in the kitchen is constantly bringing new things to the table with great monthly specials that throw a twist on typical “bar food.” To top it off the atmosphere is a very rustic yet modern combining the history of the area yet giving you the Sunday football entertainment as well. Great location right off the freeway and easy access for snowmobiles and ATV’s. Great bar to try for your next outing!”

“The food is great!! Service fast, friendly servers, I had been at Reunion 3 times, my only complaint is that is too small portions of food, I always asked for Pasta with chorizo and shrimp and the portion is so small ( specially the pasta) I come home hungry. Otherwise everything is very good.”

“A group of eight college friends have been gathering in August for probably 40 years. We discovered Gran Plaza in Faribault a few years ago; its a central meeting spot. What a gem!! Fabulous food, (the seafood burrito, tamale and guacamole were favorites), festive atmosphere and excellent service- Gracias, Andres!! This is a perfect spot for us! 100% recommend!”

“The manager, Jacob is a super good guy. He went outside to help a customer who had dropped their drink in the driveway. He then went out to clean up the mess so it wouldn't freeze. “Our family loves the James Gang! Whether we're dining in or grabbing something to go, it's always such an uplifting experience. We're always greeted with a friendly, smiling staff member and the food is hot, fresh and delicious. I placed an online order recently and even though I was running about 8 minutes late to pick it up, my breakfast sandwich was nice and hot and the girls had my drink ready and steamed the milk right as I arrived so it was nice and hot for me. Quality food and drinks, encouraging atmosphere and caring staff, the James Gang has a 5 star rating in our family!”

While visiting Northfield, my wife and I tried several coffee shops and this was the clear winner. We stopped on two different days and had espresso drinks made by two different people…both times they were very good. Adding an extra shot of espresso at all times to assess the taste is a must. Crisp and bold taste with just the right amount of bite. Our Northfield visit was made better with Goodbye Blue Monday Coffeehouse.”
