Also, why aren’t the counter employees friendly or helpful? Why no samples & why isn’t it clear how to order one cookie? Cookies look delightfully delicious. “My daughters birthday is in two days and she saw a cake from Cold Stone that she fell in love with that she wanted. I went to order it on-line and it was not offered. I called the location closer to my home in near Rosemount area and was told they no longer make the cake I wanted, was not offered another solution and basically "hung" up. Decided to call the Eagan location and am so glad I did. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ankit, who was extremely helpful. He told me that it is not offered to order on-line but he would be more than happy to make it for me! Went through the process, he made suggestions, offered additonal insight into colors, etc. He was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I won't pick up the cake for a couple days so haven't tasted it, but Ankit deserves a huge thank you and recognition for truly making her birthday special. Thank you.“
