4 stars for the sandwich 0 for service $16.50 prime rib paired with horseradish cream & au jus. I don't think I've ever ordered a prime rib other than one from Arby's. This is actually pretty good. Tender & flavorful, the au jus wasn't too salty. I chose cottage cheese as my side. Service however, was horrible. We stopped in before grocery shopping. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews. 4pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was nearly empty although people were in the bar. The tables are very sticky and I heard several others comment on that too. They need to clean them with soap and not just smear the grease around. Jake's is my wife's favorite restaurant. We always leave happy. These wings are some of the best wings around. They are fried and grilled to add flavor. With their own brick oven, the pizzas are incredible, but Jake's has a fully menu of modern American food. In the summer, you can go there and sit out buy the fountain and have a wonderful experience only ordering from the beer, wine, and liquor menu. Go to Jake's, you won't be disappointed.
