“I was at the Eastside Express on June 8, 2019 at about 6:45 pm. The clerk ( female) was unprofessional and rude. The first and only customer in the store was Hispanic, when I entered along with 3 other customers. This first customer, this clerk looked at him and told him he would have to wait, and she proceeded to help the rest of us. Granted I understand asking someone to wait if they have alot of tickets, but this man had only 4 to cash out. I find this appalling, rude, and embarrassing! This is not my first time seeing this clerk acting unprofessional, I will not stop going to this store because of one rude clerk. The other clerks I've dealt with are helpful and pleasant!”

“I just found Bernie's when searching for something to have delivered to my kid who lives far from us. I sent an email and they replied quickly and then I called when they were open, there's a time zone difference. They took my order and delivered baked goodies to my kid's work. I highly recommend them. If you're in or around Grand Forks check them out. They went above and beyond and helped me celebrate my kid even though we are many states apart.”

“I received Very hostile, rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and offensive treatment on an occasion awhile back when doing a DoorDash pick-up from this particular Dairy Queen franchise location. It was perpetrated by a middle-aged Caucasian woman that I perceived to be a manager, and she spoke to me all kinds of crazy!! Plus, she was the initiator and aggressor of the disagreement, continuing to say little prodding stuff [to try and cause me to create a scene], when I was just trying to get the order and head on out.

It’s Really unfortunate how little appreciation, kindness, common courtesy, respect, and oftentimes even just acknowledgement of our presence when waiting to be assisted that Dashers/food delivery drivers so oftentimes receive from Numerous restaurant and fast food chain employees. As though we’re not still fellow humans, similarly just doing an honest day’s work to earn a living and pay the bills. And not to mention that we’re Also customers, too, who patronize their establishments at times when we eat out like everyone else does. And I, personally, do just so happen to be a major Dairy Queen patron/customer, which my most frequented location in Thief River Falls, MN could Certainly attest to! Smh…

However, it is worth mentioning that outside of this one instance with this one Dairy Queen employee, I’ve never received anything less than great, kind, friendly, polite, courteous, and considerate treatment from All other Dairy Queen team members at this location and at all Dairy Queen restaurants that I’ve patronized and picked up food delivery orders at! (Hence the very fair and balanced star rating given.)”

I decided to do a 4 pack instead of the 6 pack. Someone approached us and ask which cookie we would have liked to try from the ones we didn't choose. It was the freakier Friday theme one that we chose. He then told the employee to give us one to try, on the house. Then he introduced himself as the owner. He then overheard we had our daughter waiting in the car. So he decided to throw in a couple milk bottles. You never get that kind of service anymore. I would definitely come back to visit this location again. The customer service we received, regardless of the free items, made our night!!!”

“Had been a while since our last visit. Margaret and I walked in, checked in with the maitradee for our reservation. We saw Kelly, the GM, as soon as we walked in, making his rounds, always attentive and with great peripheral vision. Kelly, as many know, has been a long time familiar face in the restaurant industry in GF. He's built for it. It's him, and he it. He recognized us right away and went out of his way to come say hi, shake hands and like always, cordially welcome us with... "It's been a while! How've you guys been!? It's great to see you again"! Harry's, I'm sure you know, you're fortunate to have Kelly. Not just Kelly, but the rest of the staff as well. We had a new waitress in training, her name is Chelsea, her trainer & main servor- Michelle. Chelsea was awesome and Michelle did great in letting Chelsea run on her own, attentive to help only if needed. The food was nothing less than supurb! My wife and I had the Escargo Apetizer up front with an Old Fashion for me & a Secret Garden Mocktail for my wife... Deliscious. Our entries were 2 Fillet Mignon, prepared to perfection, not a bad spec on either cut - (seasoned to perfection), sides were Brussel Sprouts with Feta Cheese, bits of bacon ++ in a Balsamic Glaze, Diced-Smashed Red Potatoes with Parmeseam Cheese, Garlic ++ We hadn't had the opportunity to go out for a nice meal for some time as life has been busy. Well, Harry's made it exceptional. When you get close to the end of the meal and become sad because it's almost all gone, you know it's good. Not just good, but great. Not just great but exceptional. Thank you Harry's. It was a Lovely evening! Thoroughly enjoyed everyone and everything! Great attention to detail all around! Gary & Margaret Ramberg...”

“I love the sushi from here!!! The only down side is that they are closed sometimes when it says they are open. I have tried to go there the last 2 times I was in Grand forks and they have been closed when they say they are open online. It may have something to do with staff but I hope this improves so we don't keep experiencing this issue.”
