“I just wanted to stop by and give a review for our beautiful wedding cake from Saturday, I will post a photo later. The true reason for the 5 stars, which I wish I could give so many more, the day of the wedding was a nightmare, nothing went right, and we forgot to pick up our cake. We called 20 minutes after they closed and they offered to wait for us to come and get it! Saved the day! It was a true act of kindness that went such a long way on such a stressful morning! The cake was beautiful and delicious, but it'd the customer service for me..thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!“
“Service was great! The check out was absolutely horrible. The kid was rude and more worried about his hair than being courteous to us. When we ordered our piece of pie he threw it in there. We then asked for a plastic fork so we could eat it, he walked away to the bathroom. Another worker had to pick up his slack. Everything else was amazing food and our waitress was super sweet. I don't like how he was playing with his hair and touching our desert. I can't quite remember his name besides that it started with a c. He was wearing a UND hockey zip up. Sorry to complain, but we are very upset with how he treated us and the way he spoke to us and completely ignored the needs of us at the end of an amazing experience.3/17/24“
“This new manager is doing a good job. Customer service is decent. I haven't noticed negativity or abuse. I guess it would be good if the people in customer service didn't look like children sitting in church, against their will. This review is a snapshot of this time period. Anything can change at any time.Actually, sometimes Hugo's prices are okay. I've noticed several clerks who have gone above and beyond to try to help me find a product, too.I think the district manager has decided to send all the managers with bad attitudes to certain stores and this store he wants to be proud of. I think they are sending the managers with bad attitudes to the Columbia rd. and 13th Ave. North stores. So, those might be the stores to avoid.“
“If you are looking for a nice coffee shop this will not disappoint you.It's very clean. Cozy and warm atmosphere..The service was friendly and very helpful.Now I typically don't care for burritos. But the Ella burrito is an exception. It was filling and delicious. I recommend this without hesitation.I had the white chocolate mocha and it was the best I ever had.The parking is a bit tight so I recommend parking in the lot to the north.Parking: No street parking. The store parking lot is small. There are other parking lots close by that provide plenty of parking spaces“
