“Great service and really tasty, high quality, fresh-made food (though some of the meats/seafood are a bit bland and lack any seasonings, for my taste). My favorite menu items are the: deluxe double cheeseburgers, cheese curds, onion rings, steamed broccoli, various custard treats, and the seasonal lemon ice drinks!“

“Dont normally write reviews, some of the staff/ manager i assume recognize me when I come in and remember that I have a gluten allergy which is great. Did a pickup order tonight and they realized they needed to remake my food for me which they've done before for me. The website doesnt have a dedicated allergy warning for whatever reason. Great service and food as always“

“I placed an order with the app for the first time, customizing a burger before clicking the "make it a combo" type button. Came to find out after getting the order that the button to make it a combo REMOVES any customization of the item prior to clicking the combo button. So I want to say thanks to Grace for remaking my burger even though the order was technically right due to some wonky app coding and she didn't have to remake it, but she did and it helped make my day better ^-^“

“I normally have low expectations for fast food places, but this location was one of the best ones I've ever been to. Food was hot and fresh, staff was smiling and friendly, the restaurant was clean and was actively being cleaned to maintain it. The bathrooms were clean. Keep up the great work!“

“Just stopped by for couple coffee while traveling up the I-29. Had my go-cup in hand and I poured the coffee in it. Filled it a little over half way. The guy serving us took the cup and filled it to the top for me. Great way to impress customers.“

“I received Very hostile, rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and offensive treatment on an occasion awhile back when doing a DoorDash pick-up from this particular Dairy Queen franchise location. It was perpetrated by a middle-aged Caucasian woman that I perceived to be a manager, and she spoke to me all kinds of crazy!! Plus, she was the initiator and aggressor of the disagreement, continuing to say little prodding stuff [to try and cause me to create a scene], when I was just trying to get the order and head on out.
It’s Really unfortunate how little appreciation, kindness, common courtesy, respect, and oftentimes even just acknowledgement of our presence when waiting to be assisted that Dashers/food delivery drivers so oftentimes receive from Numerous restaurant and fast food chain employees. As though we’re not still fellow humans, similarly just doing an honest day’s work to earn a living and pay the bills. And not to mention that we’re Also customers, too, who patronize their establishments at times when we eat out like everyone else does. And I, personally, do just so happen to be a major Dairy Queen patron/customer, which my most frequented location in Thief River Falls, MN could Certainly attest to! Smh…
However, it is worth mentioning that outside of this one instance with this one Dairy Queen employee, I’ve never received anything less than great, kind, friendly, polite, courteous, and considerate treatment from All other Dairy Queen team members at this location and at all Dairy Queen restaurants that I’ve patronized and picked up food delivery orders at! (Hence the very fair and balanced star rating given.)“
