Asian Express

We love Asian Express. We always get it for delivery and it is usually on time. Even when it's a little late, it's worth the wait. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. We always get sweet and sour chicken and some type of chow mei fun. Not many places do mei fun noodles right, but the ones here are amazing. I highly recommend the shrimp or chicken chow mei fun. I’ve been a resident of Eden Prairie for a decade, and I can’t believe I waited this long to try Asian Express. Despite regularly dining at Mandarin Kitchen, Peking Garden, Village Wok, and Hunan Restaurant, Asian Express has surpassed my expectations. The food is so great I had to take a picture and let everyone on the Internet know. My husband says it smells like Hong Kong and they have a secret menu "so its legit!" His words. For me, it's great but they could use more vegetarian options. I recommend the House Special Rice, Egg Fu Young, all the tofu dishes, Sweet Sour Pork, Egg Flour Soup, ribs, calamari and appetizers.
