One of the best MN distilleries, IMO. Every spirit I've had is smooth and well balanced. Their blue agave tequila is one of my favorites and something I drink in the rocks. Tried their spiced rum today and it's just as good. Not overly sweet or cloying like a lot of rums can be. Nice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and anise. First time here. First impression is the amazing service. Michael and Max are a dynamic duo. Extremely personable. They look you in the eye when answering questions. And Max is hilarious to boot. Very fun entertainment. Not to mention the cocktails are really incredible. They will make and adjust your drink until you are 100% satisfied. Will be coming back for their cribbage tournaments. Even though we live on the other side of the metro.

This is our go to spot for cocktails! Nick the bartender is wonderful and the GM is amazing. My daughter loves the non alcoholic drinks. The Mexican old fashioned is my favorite. It's a fun and casual atmosphere.
