“This review isn't just about the food or the atmosphere at Champps in Eden Prairie, it's about the service delivered by one incredible person: Kevale, the bartender.

I can confidently say Kevale is, without a doubt, the greatest bartender I have ever encountered. The level of professionalism and attentiveness he provides is staggering. He is a master of his craft, but more importantly, he possesses the rare ability to manage a busy bar while simultaneously making every single guest feel seen and immediately taken care of.

The true measure of his excellence is this: I don't live nearby, but I travel specifically to this location because I know Kevale works here. I will never hesitate to drive out of my way because I know he will never let you down or leave you hanging, whether you need a quick refill, a recommendation, or just a friendly face. His consistent reliability is why I am loyal.

Kevale is an enormous asset to the Eden Prairie Champps, and management needs to take note. This man absolutely deserves a significant raise. His presence elevates the entire experience, turning a standard sports bar into a destination. Thank you, Kevale, for being the best!“

“This is one of our favorite places, we make sure to come every month for the bloody of the month. Today I had the breakfast tacos and old fashion, amazing food and drinks. Our waitress was fantastic super nice and conversational we’ll be lifetime customers. Mags our waitress was amazing - promote ahead of peers give her annual bonus. ✨“

“We come here all the time, and Collin absolutely made our visit tonight. Not sure if he's new, if he is you'd never know it — he was so attentive, upbeat, and on top of everything. Every order was spot-on, every need taken care of quickly, and he made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. “What a pleasant Applebee's experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door and made my way to the bar, where the bartender (Grace) welcomed me with a smile and took my order. My beer came out just the right amount of cold, and my mozzarella sticks came out quickly and hot. The marinara sauce had just the right amount of zest to it. A perfect blend to go with the gooey cheesy goodness. The beer and cheesestick blend really scratched an it and left me wanting more food and another beer, who was i to say no? So I ordered another beer and some Buffalo wings. I'm no food critic, but these were some of the best wings I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The nice cold beer calmed the spice of the Buffalo and I was satisfied. During my short stay, Rachel came and checked to see if everything was good and Ray got behind the bar to see if I wanted another but unfortunately at this point I was full and having to have to drive home, knew a third drink would be a bad idea so I did the responsible thing and declined. As I left the host Annabelle told me to have a good night and thanked me for coming.

“As out of towners, we weren’t sure about this place based on outside and location. But wow! The inside is gorgeous, every food item was delicious (we split a buffalo chicken wrap, French dip, tots and cup of soup). Our waitress Jackie was awesome! “We had their French dip with fries. Everything tasted great! Tomato bisque was extraordinary!!! Bread that was served with it melted on my mouth. We are from Hudson, WI. We will visit the Woodbury location for sure! Oh, I might add, great service which is hard to come by now days.“

“Our Review of Crooked Pint Ale House Beer 0 0 Food: 10/10

We stopped by Crooked Pint for the first time while passing through town. My husband found the beer selection disappointing—it leaned heavily toward IPAs, making the options feel unbalanced. He would have preferred a broader variety, particularly more brown and amber ales.

Service was slow, but since we weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t a major issue.

The real star of the experience? The food. We started with an appetizer of poutine—waffle fries topped with cheese curds, bacon pieces, mozzarella, covered in rich brown gravy. Without a doubt, the best poutine we’ve ever had. If you go, do yourself a favor and order this—you won’t regret it. I’ll be dreaming about that poutine for weeks.

For my entrée, I chose the Asian pork tacos. They were bursting with flavor, packed with cabbage, pico, roasted corn, cheese, fried tortilla strips and cilantro. After the first bite, I told my husband they were the best tacos I've ever eaten. To wrap it up - great food, disappointing beer selection and slow service. But the poutine and pork tacos? Absolutely unforgettable.“
