Ty R is the best!! She recommended great options for coffee and her energy is so positive I came back 3 straight days while on business trip. Wish I had a Ty R in my hometown let alone a Caribou Coffee!
I’ve been pleased with the staff here for a long time. Some have been here a relatively long time and they’re very good at their jobs - friendly, efficient and they make great drinks!
I really liked the team members who were working today but there was a problem. I bought coffee beans & had them ground. There weren’t any bags at the store & when I got home I noticed that much of the coffee had spilled in my car. Please tell the wonderful team members to make sure the bean bags are tightly closed before giving them to the customer.
