this chipotle sucks. workers are mean and stingy with the food. I had maybe three bites worth of rice. chips were stale and chewy. horrible customer service. worst chipotle ever. I recommend driving extra miles to go to a different chipotle.
Went in at 5 pm on June 28. Whoever was the tall man with a dark pony tail checking everyone out was the rudest human being I have ever encountered. I will never go back to this location unless he is no longer there.
Very disappointing customer service experience. One employee was not wearing a name tag, so I cannot include her name, but her behavior came across as unprofessional, hostile, and dismissive. There was no communication when orders were completed, and food was placed on the counter without any courtesy or acknowledgment. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and disrespectful.
