Staff has gone down hill. Went in to buy gift cards and the supervisor is on his phone while handling guest orders. Also the drive thru guy was cursing so loud you could hear him anywhere in the dining room. Supervisor was not able to call him down. I understand the talent pool has thinned, but your work space is out in the open, need to have a more professional looking and acting team.
Will be going to Richfield store moving forward l.
