“A friend sent us cookies in support of my wife who lost her grandma recently. Unfortunately they were delivered while we weren’t home, and when we returned a few hours later we found the box chewed into and cookies nibbled on by a squirrel! I called in and spoke to Mouse - I told them what happened and Mouse was very understanding, helpful, and offered to resend us the order. Great customer service to turn a major bummer into a positive :)“

“We purchased two dozen cookies online and had a gift card for a third dozen

For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.

We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.

The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.

“We celebrated birthdays with the most delicious breakfast meals, bottomless mimosas and so much conversation. Before we left, we bough all the cupcakes and cookies from the case and all of us were so excited to have them on our ride back to Mankato. We continued our day and our car was stolen from a parking lot on washing Ave. Of course we are sad about the car loss but we can’t stop talking about how much we are devastated by losing our copper hen cupcakes and cookies. Luckily one of our friends in another car had purchased 2 cupcakes for herself and we all got a bit of the best cupcakes in MN.“

Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. Update- Thanks to the owner for supporting his employees and for the yummy ice cream.“
