Pajarito Edina Reviews
We were visiting from St Louis & stopped in one afternoon for a drink & guacamole. The guac is homemade; SO delicious & with homemade chips! We decided to return the next day for lunch. This time we had the tacos. Again, plentiful meat with the most delicious tasteful toppings. We were fortunate to have the same waiter, Tony. He’s definitely an asset to the restaurant. Very attentive & personable. Highly recommend this gem in St Paul!!
My birthday party was at Pajarito in Saint Paul last week. We had about 25 in attendance. The staff did an excellent job keeping drinks flowing and the food refreshed. They were friendly and easy for my husband to work with on the planning. The food was good and we were able to bring in a cake. Thank you!
I’m so disappointed about this restaurant. Many food had cumins which is not a Mexican ingredient, but the worst thing was the service. Super slow and not friendly.
Avoid if you can! Sorry 😞

Pajarito Edina offers a variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes, with standout options including octopus and cauliflower tacos. The restaurant has an impressive selection of drinks and provides excellent service, with attentive staff who quickly correct any issues. Vegetarian options are available, and the house margaritas are a popular choice. The tacos are flavorful, with the blue corn tortillas being soft and tasty. The octopus is a main reason some visitors come, but recent experiences suggest that portion sizes can vary. The hot sauce remains a must-try and leaves a lasting impression. The ceviche is flavorful and beautifully presented. Guacamole and chips are solid and well-seasoned, perfect for sharing. The atmosphere has a cool urban feel with some old-school Spanish decor. Recent highlights include the salsa, guacamole, ceviche, and shrimp tacos. The burrito was surprising good and didn’t have beans or rice in it. The wall art is really cute, and the bathroom was nice too. It is a great place for a casual get together or if flying solo, just get a seat at the bar.
