I throughly enjoy ordering here whenever I am in town. Whether I am indoors or in drive thru— the service is consistent, kind, efficient, & the team is happy to accommodate my needs/requests as a customer. Thank you for being so genuine.
Great place, nice people, but have had some mistakes with our orders and have been made to feel too uncomfortable to make it right. There's either a line, or the Barista waiting on us came across as irritated and so we would just accepted whatever we got rather than what we ordered. We didn't want to be difficult and it definitely came across this way when we tried to explain the Frapps we got were not what we ordered.
