Northwoods Bar & Grill is a popular spot with a loyal following of customers who return often. The atmosphere is lively, with amenities like darts and a kid-friendly area with a toy selection near the pull tab booth. The food is consistently great, with favorites such as cheese curds, quesadillas, and soups. The bartender and staff are friendly and attentive when they can be, although service can sometimes be busy and slow, especially during peak times when only two waitresses are working. Some customers have noted that tables are often not fully prepared for service, and wait times can be long, with one person waiting an hour for food and another commenting on the heat inside. The menu offers many kid-friendly beverages and food options, making it a good place for families. While some servers may overlook customers or be rushed, the overall experience includes delicious pancakes and quick responses to issues like undercooked food.
