“We discovered Gator's in 2018 when I took my husband to Ely to show him where I would spend my summers. Gator's was an IMMEDIATE favorite, and we've returned many times since. Always busy, also always worth it. Trust the daily special!! ♥️“

“Insula has become a favorite place for lunch in Ely. The menu is varied, and the lunch soup and sandwich is just the right size. I really like the Bahn Mi sandwich, probably my favorite. The atmosphere is quiet, which is very nice for conversation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place for lunch.“

“Great drinks and good service even though the bar side was packed full. The chicken wild rice soup never disappoints. We tried the nachos and those are so, so. The cheese wasn’t fully melted, but decent amount of beef, lettuce, salsa and sour cream. Next time we will stick with the wings as those are always great.“

“Very limited menu. Enough offerings that most would be happy. Several of the food choices are frozen - gyros, falafel, onion rings...but as our waitress explained, they are a craft brewery that serves food. Ordered the Cuban- large portion of meats, but as a food snob, but this was not a Cuban sandwich. Beer was excellent. The wait staff was polite, just never really came to our table other than to take our order and to drop off our food. I like to have someone check in at least once to see if we needed refills, which we did. Would we go back again? Yes for beer, and maybe try a different menu item.“
