Insula has become a favorite place for lunch in Ely. The menu is varied, and the lunch soup and sandwich is just the right size. I really like the Bahn Mi sandwich, probably my favorite. The atmosphere is quiet, which is very nice for conversation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place for lunch.
Low options on the menu. And service is awful.
