If you're in eveleth this is a must stop. Sue is the greatest bartender I've ever met. Love the atmosphere and the quality of service. Come 3rd of July there is no better place to celebrate independence day.
Stopped in for lunch after going to the Soudan Mine tour and really had a great meal. Fun place for a beer and a sandwich. Had the cod sandwich and it was excellent. Also my French fries were nice and hot. Others in my party had a cheeseburger, fried mushrooms and a wrap. All of them were quite tasty. Great place stop in for a meal and a drink. Really friendly staff too.

Just went to Sue's Penalty Box for the first time last Friday for karaoke! I got the pleasure of meeting Sue who was working behind the bar and she was fantastic and pleasantly kind. Out back is a nice patio with decent space. Happy to go back again someday soon. Thanks Sue!
