“we just moved into town this weekend came here for my wife's birthday with her family. the staff was very very friendly and I have to say the prices on the food is pretty darn good for this day at age. I ordered the peanut butter bacon burger with an egg on top easily one of the best burgers I've had a good long while. my wife and her mother got the portobello mushroom fries which were also quite delicious. I think we found our new favorite place in our new town.”

“This spot definitely has the old diner vibes. It is in a run down building and the whole setup is outdated. However, the service we got from Norma was wonderful. She not only checked in but she also generously refilled our coffees. The menu has a very accommodating layout where they have options to the quantity and add ons. The price was decent, but it wasn't the cheapest for what it is. However, we did enjoy the breakfast. The French toast and pancakes had the perfect dense texture. It wasn't too sweet, and it was perfectly cooked. I got the scrambled eggs and my partner got over medium eggs. Both eggs were cooked perfectly! It isn't the best breakfast we had, but it was definitely decent and exactly what we needed when the options were limited while being on the road.”

Minnesota state law ! states that you can not be charged for using debit card only credit card can be charged a fee.”

“I've been going to this place for around 30 years (I've lived in South Dakota, Iowa, Chicago and Minnesota) and it still has the best burger I've ever had - the Sweet Burger with green olives and you can get a version with grilled jalapenos too, so yummy!!! Check it out - cozy, cute and right on the water with a great view, but after all of that, the food is what will WOW you!”

“This is a small regional treat that has food that is way out of band for 'the middle of nowhere'. The food is great and a surprising amount of it is made fresh. The chips are awesome, and I want draw special attention to the Flan dessert - Made in house, it's the best Flan I've ever had. Definitely order the Flan!

Truthfully, the entire menu is awesome. I hope El Agave continues the tradition of making so much of this in their own kitchen because it's what makes this place so special.”

“We utilized Green Mill in Fairmont for catering at our wedding and our meal was TOP tier. We received an overwhelming amount of compliments on the food. Some of our guests even went on to tell us that it was the best food they have had at a wedding to date. I would agree. I was sad that everyone ate up all of our food. I was hoping we would get to take some home but the food was just too good that everyone kept going back up to the buffet for more 😋”
