Probably my favorite place to eat in Fairmont, although there are definitely some competitors. I've been going to El Agave for years now and I always love their food, friendly staff, and the location is hard to beat. My go-to choices are either chicken enchiladas or the Texas fajitas, if I'm really hungry of have someone with whom I can splt.
Everything was excellent.
There flaming fajita and shrimp cocktail are amazing
