food poor minus steak tips- excellent!!!
We were regulars here until our last visit when they changed the menu. We are healthy eaters and loved coming here for the steak, potato (plain) and broccolini. In our last visit they removed the baked potato and broccolini off their menu (amongst other things) and not only were we told we were out of luck but when we tried to substitute the mashed potatoes for more healthy side options (there really are no healthy options anymore) and we were told we could not.

Redemption Restaurant offers a lovely ambiance, perfect for a family dinner or a treat. The menu includes steak, which was enjoyed by a visitor who had been craving it. The steak tips entree and chocolate cake were also praised. The steak crostini is a popular choice, and the service is described as friendly and quick. This non-franchise restaurant in Faribault has an upscale atmosphere with interesting food choices and excellent service. The Caesar Salad is a meal in itself, and the steak and mushroom Ravioli is delicious. The Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita and Grapefruit Rosemary Gimlet are highly recommended drinks. Despite some issues with order accuracy and food temperature on one occasion, the staff is noted for their friendliness, and the restaurant is given another chance for improvement.
