What a gem! This is what smaller cities/towns like Faribault need, an upscale non-franchise restaurant!! The food was great, loads of interesting choices, excellent service (our waitress Kim was super), and the building/atmosphere would get high marks in downtown Minneapolis. You gotta check this place out!
It was our 1st time at Redemption and we really enjoyed the food. The Caesar Salad was a meal in itself. The steak & mushroom Ravioli was delicious. My husband ordered a steak & was equally impressed with how good it was. As for drinks, the espresso martini wasn't good (very bitter undertones), not like the espresso martinis I've had at other restaurants. This place was great! We decided on a last minute dinner here and could not have been more pleased. We enjoyed the Pineapple Jalepeno Margarita and Grapefruit Rosemary Gimlet and would highly recommend both. A few of us got entrees and a couple apps. I loved the pot roast but all were amazing!
