Good food and menu selections. Fantastic service. Beautiful interior with long sports bar and one end of the main dining room and a fully open kitchen. Beware, though, this lovely restaurant can get very loud at peak times. Still, worth a regular visit!
We love to support local business, especially restaurants. I'll start with the could use improvement part of this review and then finish strong with the what went well. We showed up at 6pm. There were 3 other groups waiting. We did not make reservations as we were unsure how big our group was going to be until about an hour before we arrived, that I'm sure played a factor, but our observations are still worth noting. It was our first time at Redemption. I have 20 years (training) experience in the restaurant industry and can usually spot a dozen or 2 things that could be improved during a dining experience. Not at Redemption, we had a fantastic experience. Staff was spot on and food was excellent at a good price. Would highly recommend.
